Attack Your AI
Before Someone Else Does
AI is being wired into products, internal tools and even industrial systems faster than it is being secured. We test and harden the models, agents and integrations you rely on, with the same adversarial mindset we bring to every other engagement.
What We Offer
Hands-on testing of chatbots, copilots and LLM-powered applications for prompt injection, jailbreaks, sensitive data leakage, insecure output handling and abuse of connected tools and APIs.
Agents that can read mail, call APIs or change systems are a new kind of privileged user. We review what they can reach, how they authenticate and how far a manipulated agent could go.
Review AI systems before they ship: data flows, model hosting, retrieval pipelines, access controls and trust boundaries, so security is designed in rather than patched on.
Find the AI already in use across your organisation, including shadow tools and third-party features, and understand what data is flowing to them.
Practical policies, roles and controls for adopting AI safely, aligned to published government guidance and sized to how your organisation actually uses it.
For critical infrastructure and industrial operators: assess whether AI belongs in an OT process, what it could break, and how to keep human oversight and failsafes in place.
Extend your incident response plans to cover AI, and run tabletop exercises on scenarios such as a poisoned model, a leaking assistant or a hijacked agent.
Your Data Stays Yours
We run our own AI models on our own hardware. We do use commercial AI providers where it suits an engagement, but when a client asks us not to, we don't.
On request, your data is processed only on HackHouse-controlled infrastructure: no third-party AI providers, no data leaving our custody, and zero data retention by any external service. That means we can guarantee data sovereignty for engagements where sensitive systems, source code or personal information are involved.
Grounded in Published Guidance
Our AI work draws on government guidance, including the Principles for the secure integration of Artificial Intelligence in Operational Technology published by ASD's ACSC, CISA and international partners. Its four principles shape how we approach any AI engagement:
- Understand AI: its unique risks and failure modes, and what your people need to know about them.
- Question the use case: confirm AI is the right tool, and understand the data, vendor and long-term risks it brings.
- Govern and assure it: clear responsibilities, integration with existing security frameworks, and continuous testing of models.
- Build in safety and security: human oversight, monitoring, failsafes and incident response that cover AI.
Then we test it the way an attacker would. AI testing often sits alongside our application security and penetration testing work, because most AI risk lives in how the model is connected to everything else.
