We teach
what we test
Our team runs hands-on workshops and talks at security conferences, and private sessions for teams who want to learn how attacks really work. We've run lockpicking classes at AISA CyberCon Melbourne, AusCERT and Black Hat Asia.
What we teach
Hands-on classes with real locks and tools, from your first pin tumbler to the techniques used against higher-security locks. Popular at conferences because everyone leaves having opened something.
How intruders actually get into buildings: tailgating, pretexts, door and lock bypasses, alarm gaps and camera blind spots, and what defenders can do about each.
How access cards, readers and controllers work, why many can be read or cloned, and how controllers can be tricked, using the same test benches we use on client work.
How SS7, Diameter, GTP and 5G signalling are abused for tracking, interception and fraud, and what operators can do about it. Suited to operator, regulator and security teams.
Where we've taught
Recent lockpicking classes include AISA CyberCon Melbourne, AusCERT and Black Hat Asia, where we set up tables of practice locks and got attendees hands-on.
We can run a drop-in lockpicking table or village at your event, give a conference talk, or run a private session for your security, facilities or engineering team. Sessions are practical: people learn by doing, on real equipment.
